I have over 14 years of experience in policy-relevant analysis and research and over ten years of experience with international projects. My professional focus centres around labour market and educational policy-related topics, such as active labour market and training program evaluation, as well as analysing and predicting labour market skills needs. Within Slovakia, I am actively participating in creating strategic documents related to public employment services, VET and educational policies. As a member of various advisory boards, I contribute to evaluations of several strategic documents. I also have rich experience in international projects providing public policy advisory and expertise in the EU context.

My strength lies in processing micro-level data, designing indicators, extracting policy-relevant information and drawing practical policy recommendations based on evidence. I have authored multiple country reports on Slovak (and EU) employment, VET and educational policies. My working experience includes the application of advanced statistical methods on administrative and big data processing, as well as building forecasting models.
