The global economy continues in the trend of uneven growth in the various regions. The good thing is that the global economy as a whole continued recovery, albeit a very fragile form. This year (2014) come out positive signals from the markets of developed countries, especially the major economies such as the US, Germany, Japan etc., which, together with many emerging and developing countries helped make the global economy do not pass into recession. It must be said that the impact of the international financial and economic crisis are still felt in most economies of the world and the current recovery is vulnerable to a number of risks that lurk on the path of global economic growth. Some of them have permanence and others gradually evolve with the changing global geopolitical and economic environment.
The present set of scientific papers and plastic comprehensively analyze current trends in the world economy both globally as well as regionally. More detailed analyzes were subjected mainly regional players in the global economy, such as the EU-28, China, USA and other regions. Of course, in the proceeding are theoretical considerations about the global economic order and qualitative analysis of the international financial market. The team of authors long run project "Development and prospects of the world economy", which also contributes to the symposium is next year ambition to provide scientific monograph, which will be more detailed and comprehensive analysis of the events in the world economy with a prudent view of the future development and naming the challenges and risks in the global economy .
