• The objectives of the study were to provide an overview of how Member States planned and programmed for the support of their justice system through the ESF and ERDF, and to gather as much information as possible on the implementation, i.e. what projects were funded at national level through the ESF/ERDF supporting the justice system, and whether the expected results were achieved.
