On 4th of December 2025 the third year of round table event regarding the taxation of tobacco products was held at the premises of the Institute of Economic Research SAS. During the event preliminary results of the research on topics “Utilization of eKasa data for identification of nicotine product consumer behavior” and “Attitudes towards use of HTPs and alternative nicotine products in Slovakia” were presented. Besides the presenters from the Institute of Economic Research SAS, experts from the Ministry of Health SR, the Ministry of Finance SR, the Office of the Council for Budget Responsibility, and the Slovak Public Health Office participated on the round table.
