On the first day of June, another event in the Empirical Seminars series took place at the Institute of Economic Research of the Slovak Academy of Sciences. This time, Vladimír Pažitka from the University of Leeds (United Kingdom) spoke at the research seminar, presenting his research on the topic “Building the UK’s FinTech Ecosystem One Partnership at a Time: Does it Pay to Collaborate with Incumbent Finance?”. We are also honored that the Institute of Economic Research SAS has become the owner of a signed copy of the exceptional work Atlas of Finance (Yale, 2024), which Vladimír Pažitka helped prepare as one of the authors.
